Understand yourself more clearly.
Move forward in a way that fits.

People come to me from all sorts of starting points.

"Things are fine, I just feel a bit off."

"I know what I need to do, I'm just struggling to get the focus."

"Things are going well. I just want to work out what's next."

Either way, it's rarely about needing more information. What's missing is space to think it through properly, and someone who'll push you past the answers you already know.

I'm not here to give you advice, or hand you tips and hacks. They tend to oversimplify things anyway; they're someone else's rules, and someone else's rules were never built for you.

You can only get so far thinking it through alone, because you can't see your own blind spots, or challenge the assumptions you don't know you're making. I listen, then help you think it through in a way you haven't been able to on your own. I'll challenge you along the way, and ask the questions you might be avoiding.

In a client's words

"I came to Richard feeling really stuck, lacking confidence at work and carrying stress from my personal life I hadn't even acknowledged. From my very first session, I knew he would help me make positive changes.

He has a way of making you feel truly heard, warm, perceptive, and easy to talk to. I began to see my own worth, both professionally and personally, and started to trust my own instincts more than ever before."

How to start

Before anything else, we'll have a free call. No coaching, just a chance to meet, talk it through, and see if this feels right for you. If it does, we'll agree how to move forward. If it doesn't, that's fine too.

Coaching Intensive

If you want to properly experience the coaching before committing to the full programme, or you've got one thing you want to think through right now, there's the Coaching Intensive: a single, real 90-minute coaching session, not a taster or a demo, the actual work.

For some, that one session is genuinely enough. For others, it's a clear sense of what six sessions could do.

£300. You'll leave with a written summary of what came up and what's worth thinking about further, and if you go on to book the full six sessions, the £300 comes off the price.

The six-session programme

The Intensive gives you real coaching in a single sitting. Six sessions give you something different: time. Time to think between sessions, notice what shifts, and come back to build on it. Change tends to need that space as much as it needs the conversation itself.

Six one-hour sessions, done online over Teams, usually spread across three months, though we can stretch that to six if life gets in the way. There's no homework, I might suggest something to think about, point you towards a book, or share a resource if it's useful, but nothing you have to go away and do. We can also stay in touch on WhatsApp between sessions if something comes up.

Book a conversation

If you’re curious about what coaching could help you uncover, let’s talk.

The first conversation is an opportunity to explore what’s on your mind, what you’d like to move towards, and whether this feels like the right fit.
