How this works

Every coaching relationship is different, because every person and situation is different. There's no fixed programme here. The structure stays consistent; the conversations don't.

I trained and I'm accredited as a transformational coach through Animas, one of the UK's leading coach training providers.

Getting started

We begin with a free call, usually 20 to 30 minutes. No coaching happens here, it's just a chance to meet, talk about what's on your mind, and work out whether this feels right for you. If it does, we agree how to move forward. If it doesn't, that's absolutely fine too.

The coaching conversations

Sessions run for 60 minutes, online over Teams. The work is client-led: you bring what's on your mind, and we think it through together.

Some people work on one thing across several sessions. Others bring something different each time. Both work fine.

I'm not here to hand you advice or a framework. I listen, then get you thinking properly, often about things you haven't looked at directly before.

Between sessions

A lot of the real work happens between conversations, not just in them. Things shift. Assumptions that felt solid start to look different. Decisions get clearer without you forcing them.

If something comes up in that gap, we can stay in touch on WhatsApp. I might also point you towards something to think about, a book, or a resource, if it's useful, but there's never homework you're required to do.

The Six-Session Programme

Most clients work with me over roughly three months, across six sessions.

That's usually enough time to build real momentum and see genuine change, though we can stretch it to six months if life gets in the way.

The coaching Intensive

If you're not ready for the full six sessions, or you've got one specific thing to think through properly, there's the Coaching Intensive: a single, real 90-minute coaching session, not a taster, the actual work.

For some, that's genuinely enough on its own. For others, it's a clear sense of what six sessions could offer. Either way, you'll get a written summary of what came up and what's worth thinking about further.

£300, and if you go on to book the full six sessions, that comes off the price.

For organisations

Where coaching is sponsored by an employer, we work within a simple three-way agreement between you, your manager or sponsor, and me. At the outset, we agree the context and areas of focus, while the coaching conversations themselves stay confidential. That's what makes honest reflection possible, while still keeping the coaching connected to the wider picture.

Start with a conversation

If you're curious about what this could open up, let's talk.
