How this works

This isn't a fixed programme or a set process to follow.

The work is structured, but flexible. It's shaped around you, your situation, and what actually needs attention.

At its core, it's a series of focused conversations designed to help you think more clearly, make better decisions, and move forward in a way that fits.

The starting point

We begin with an initial conversation.

 

This is an informal call, usually around 20 to 30 minutes, where we get a sense of what’s going on for you, what you’re looking for, and how the work might help.

 

It’s also a chance to see if we’re the right fit. That matters.

 

There’s no pressure to continue. If it feels right, we agree how to move forward.

The sessions

Sessions are typically 60 minutes and usually take place online.

The work is client-led. You bring what matters, and we work through it properly. 

 

Some clients focus on a single area over a number of sessions. Others bring different topics each time. Both approaches work.

Early sessions often involve getting clear on what you actually want — not just what seems logical, but what genuinely fits. From there, the focus moves to how you're thinking, how you're making decisions, and what might be getting in the way.

Between sessions

The work doesn't stop when the session ends.

Between sessions, you'll often notice things more clearly — patterns, behaviours, decisions you're making in real time.

Where it's useful, I may suggest something to reflect on or think through. I'm also available for light check-ins if something comes up.

Structure and commitment

Most clients work with me over around three months, typically across six sessions spaced to fit around your work and life.

Some clients prefer to continue beyond this. Others work within a shorter engagement. I ask for a minimum of four sessions so there is enough time for the work to take hold.

Investment

A typical three-month engagement, including six sessions, is £1,500. This suits professionals who are navigating a transition, stepping into greater responsibility, or wanting to think more clearly about where they are heading.

For senior leaders, founders, and those in more complex or high-stakes situations, investment starts from £2,400. At this level the work tends to go deeper, move faster, and require more between us, and the engagement is structured to reflect that.

If you are unsure which is the right fit, that is worth a conversation.

I keep a small number of reduced-rate places available for people who are the right fit but for whom the full investment is not currently possible. If that is relevant to you, mention it when you get in touch and we can discuss it from there.

For organisations

Where coaching is sponsored by an organisation, we work with a simple three-way structure between the individual, their manager, and me.

We agree the context and focus areas at the outset, while keeping the coaching conversations themselves confidential.

Investment starts from £2,400 per participant for people stepping into greater responsibility and leadership and from £3,600 for senior leaders and founders. Exact investment depends on scope, structure, and what the engagement needs to include
